"Slow replies and not much help"
I ordered a part from Scorptec and ended up needing to contact support because there was a delay. It took a couple of days for them to get back to me, and when they did, the reply was basic and didn’t really clear much up.
I had to follow up again after that, which was a bit annoying. The item did arrive in the end, but the whole customer service side felt slow and kind of frustrating.

"Found a Better Price Elsewhere"
I was kind of in a rush when I ordered, so I didn’t shop around as much as I usually do. Afterward, I found the same parts on a few other sites for less, which was frustrating.

I’ve used this shop a few times and it’s been, well, I was going to say just fine, but it’s actually been really reliable. Never had any dramas, and I always feel like I can trust them

They’ve got heaps of PC parts here, honestly... I was impressed. Easy to find what I needed, and there were plenty of options to choose from!

"Pretty smooth order overall"
Ordered some PC parts from Scorptec and, the shipping ended up being quicker than I thought it would be. I got the tracking info fairly soon and everything showed up in good condition, which was the main thing. I’m only giving 4 stars because it seemed to sit for a little while before actually leaving the warehouse, or at least that’s how it looked from my end. Once it was on the way though, it moved fast. I’d probably order from them again

"Support was as slow as I expected"
It took ages to get any help. I already had a feeling the support would be slow, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. By the time someone finally got back to me, I was already frustrated.

"Return Was Fine, Just a Bit Rigid"
I bought a part that ended up not really working with my setup, so I had to return it. The return process was okay overall, but it felt a little strict with the rules and timing. Support did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. It all got sorted in the end, so that’s good, but yeah, the whole thing could definitely be a bit easier

"Really tidy build, slight wait"
I got Scorptec to put together a custom PC for me and it turned out really nice. The cabling was neat, everything looked clean inside, and it fired up properly the first time. It did take a little longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a massive issue. Overall I’m happy with it. Anyway.

I asked a question and the replies I got were confusing. They didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I felt like I had to be careful and double-check things myself before relying on the information

"Got Different Answers Every Time"
I went in with what I thought were simple questions about a part, but I kept getting guesses instead of clear answers. One person told me one thing, then someone else said something different, so I left more confused than when I came in. felt like I knew more about it than the staff did, which was annoying.

"Refund was easier than I expected"
I had to send something back and thought it might turn into a bit of a hassle, but it was straightforward. Support got back to me in a normal amount of time and didn’t make things awkward or complicated. The refund showed up in my account after a few days, so I’m guessing they probably processed it quickly on their end. Overall, happy with how it went.

"Got the wrong SSD, but they made it right"
I ordered a 2TB SSD and ended up receiving a 1TB one instead, which was frustrating. Customer support did fix the issue in the end, and I appreciate that they did the right thing, but it still cost me a whole weekend dealing with something that should’ve been handled correctly the first time.

"Warranty got sorted quicker than I expected"
I wasn’t really expecting much, to be honest, warranty stuff can be a bit of a headache, you know? But this was actually super easy. I sent through the claim, figured I’d be waiting around for ages, and then it just got sorted quickly. No back and forth, no weird drama. Kind of forgot I was even stressing about it in the first place

I found what I needed fairly quickly, and the filters seemed to work well. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated. The site didn’t feel as confusing as some other tech shops I’ve used, at least from my experience. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience...

I ordered online for pickup, thinking it would be quick, and to be fair, the item was ready when I got there. But I still ended up waiting around at the counter for a while, and everything felt a little disorganized. The staff were polite enough, just not really that helpful. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but pickup orders could definitely be handled a bit more smoothly.

"Product was fine, packaging not so much"
I ordered this from Scorptec and the item itself works perfectly fine, so no complaints there. But the box showed up beaten up, with a big dent and one corner crushed. Luckily nothing inside was damaged, but it was still kind of annoying and made me wonder if it could’ve been packed better. Overall decent experience, just a bit frustrating.

"Pretty decent, if the stock info feels like cooperating"
Scorptec is generally fine, nothing too dramatic. Prices are usually reasonable and the website is easy enough to use, which is nice. That said, the stock availability can be a bit of a fun little guessing game. A few items I wanted showed as in stock, then suddenly weren’t, or came with much longer wait times than expected. Not exactly ideal when you’re trying to actually buy something, but overall it’s alright. Just wish the stock info was a bit more reliable.
